Prepare & Inspect

First, we clean and prepare your resin bound surface for application. This involves thoroughly cleaning the resin surface to remove contaminants, weeds and moss, and inspect the surface for damage. It’s important that the surface is as clean as possible as the spray sealer will ‘lock in’ whatever is on the surface.

Preparation:

Once prepared, the resin surface is dried thoroughly and edges are masked off to avoid over spray. It’s important to cover anything within the vicinity to avoid spray particles in the air landing on unwanted items.

Application:

We then evenly apply the clear sealer using a pressurised spray system, overlapping passes by 50% as we cover each 2m length of the surface. This helps us to create a deep, even finish with no streaks.

Inspection:

After a visual inspection your resin restoration is complete. Your resin surface can be walked on after 2 hours, and can be driven on after 24 hours.
